Matt Hanson - president

Matt has worked for Caltrans for more than 28 years in various areas including Contract Awards, Maintenance, Construction, Hydraulics and Design.  For the last 18 years Matt has performed transportation research for the Caltrans Division of Research and Innovation.

Mark Sheahan - secretary

Mark has worked for 38 years as a Land Surveyor, with 24 of those years spent serving the California Department of Transportation. In February of 2014 Mark was promoted to Chief of Land Surveys Training and now coordinates a statewide training effort for all California Department of Transportation Land Surveyors.  

Cathrina Barros - treasurer

Cathrina is a Senior Transportation Engineer (Supervisor) in the Office of Roadway Materials Testing, Division of Engineering Services in Sacramento.  Since 1987, she has worked at Caltrans in the San Francisco Bay Area and now serves the state in Sacramento.  She has held a supervisory role since 1998.
